Claire Cox

Claire Cox (1967−2025) was born on 26 October 1967 in St Albans and took her degree at Oxford Polytechnic (now Oxford Brookes University).

She lived in London most of her life and worked in broadcasting, starting at Sky News in 1993 and later joining the BBC to work on Radio Five Live.

Her husband Tom and children, Ava and Ruby, were central to a life also filled with many friends.
